Send a message
Messages are stored as support requests so they are not lost if email delivery is temporarily unavailable. A copy is sent through the configured mail provider when available.
What to expect
- Target response time: within two business days.
- For account requests, write from the Google email used for Leadiy when possible.
- For data removal from a listing, use the dedicated Data Removal form.
- Do not send passwords, full identity documents, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
