The complete flow

Source

Detect current opportunity signals from public web sources and structured provider feeds.

Enrich

Normalise company, role, technology, location, timing, contact route, and source evidence.

Match

Compare the record with company services and selected technologies or combinations.

Review

Open the record, verify context, add notes, and choose a pipeline stage.

Contact / Apply

Use the appropriate contact route or continue at the original vacancy source.

Not every record is manually reviewed. The service combines structured input, normalisation, matching rules, and the evidence shown in each record. Important details should always be verified at the original source.

Source without noise

Leadiy monitors publicly available business and hiring signals and receives structured opportunity data from configured providers. The public product does not expose internal ingestion operations or require users to know the storage chain.

Each imported item receives a stable record identity so updates can refresh an existing opportunity instead of creating uncontrolled duplicates.

What enrichment adds

Raw signals arrive in different formats. Leadiy maps available fields into a consistent record: company, person, role or project, technology, stack, location, budget or rate, urgency, decision, contact route, source platform, direct URL, evidence confidence, first-seen time, and last verification.

Missing data remains visibly missing; Leadiy should not turn absence into invented certainty.

Search coverage and current volume

Leadiy's controlled selector currently covers 41 individual technologies across six delivery areas, plus 10 validated stack combinations. A combination requires the relevant technical parts to appear together; a single broad keyword is not enough.

How matching works

Your company website helps identify service signals. Your structured technology selection defines the technical evidence required. Leadiy then considers direct technology matches, complete stack combinations, related service signals, source fit, and freshness.

A rejected or ineligible signal is excluded. A vacancy needs a clear technology match; a lead can match through technology, relevant service demand, or both. The exact internal weights and anti-abuse rules are not published.

Matching is a relevance filter, not a promise of commercial outcome. A high-fit record still needs human review.

What appears in a record

Depending on available evidence, a lead card can show company, opportunity, person, role, email or contact route, fit, technology, urgency, budget, source, and update time. A vacancy can show source, pipeline stage, fit, technology, role or project, company or client, location, rate or budget, decision, and update time.

The detailed ticket can also expose source evidence, ready-message context, follow-up plan, stage, notes, comments, and do-not-contact status. Fields unavailable from the source are not guaranteed.

Review and action

Search and filters narrow the feed. Open a record to verify the source and context, move its canonical stage, add it to a custom board, and preserve qualification notes. New-item counters reset when the related feed is opened.

Leadiy does not submit a job application on your behalf. It routes you to the original source. Direct email from the workspace is optional and works only when SMTP is configured; otherwise, Leadiy provides the context for an appropriate external contact.

Freshness and limits

The scheduled refresh runs every 30 minutes. This is a check cadence, not a guarantee that every public source changes or remains available on that schedule.

Vacancies found by the current search are typically between one and nine hours old at discovery. Publication time, source access, processing, and the matching profile can all affect that interval.

Results can be empty for a narrow or uncommon stack. Records can disappear when they no longer match an updated profile. Contacts and vacancy status may change between checks, so the source remains authoritative.
