Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and sole proprietor Oleh Halahan (ФОП Галаган Олег Олегович), the operator of Leadiy. By signing in, starting a trial, or paying for access, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 and use Leadiy for lawful business or professional purposes. If you act for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company.
What Leadiy provides
Leadiy collects and structures opportunity signals, matches records to a company website and selected technologies, and provides search, filters, detailed records, comments, boards, pipeline tools, billing, and optional configured email functions.
The database is updated on a scheduled basis, currently every 30 minutes. Leadiy does not promise a minimum number of leads or vacancies. Results depend on the selected stack, market activity, source availability, and whether the system can identify the relevant signals.
Trial, payment, and access
- The free trial lasts two hours from the first successful sign-in.
- One payment of USD 39 provides 30 days of access.
- There is no automatic renewal. A new payment is required for another period.
- Payment is handled by WayForPay under its checkout terms.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Prices, taxes, and settlement currency shown by the payment provider may reflect payment-processing requirements. The checkout displays the final amount before confirmation.
Account responsibility
Google authentication identifies the account. You must protect access to your Google account, sign out on shared devices, provide accurate profile information, and promptly report suspected misuse.
An account is personal to the authorised user and may not be sold, shared, or transferred without written permission from Leadiy.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- send spam, deceptive messages, harassment, or unlawful outreach;
- resell contacts, redistribute the database, or mass-copy records;
- scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or automate access outside the provided interface;
- bypass access, subscription, rate, or tenant controls;
- use data in violation of privacy, marketing, employment, sanctions, intellectual-property, or other applicable law;
- introduce malware, disrupt the service, or probe it without written authorisation;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a listed company or contact.
Content, database, and intellectual property
The Leadiy brand, design, source code, matching logic, structured database, classifications, and service-generated content belong to Oleh Halahan and, where applicable, Zanzarra, and are protected by intellectual-property and database rights.
Operational data, notes, classifications, and content created inside Leadiy form part of the Leadiy service database. To the extent you hold rights in content you submit, you grant Leadiy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, structure, and display it as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. You remain responsible for having the right to submit it.
This clause does not transfer ownership of personal data as such; personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
No guarantee of outcomes
Leadiy is provided on an “as available” basis. It does not guarantee that a record is complete, current, accurate, exclusive, or suitable; that a contact will respond; that a vacancy remains open; or that outreach will produce a meeting, contract, or job.
Users must independently verify important information, respect do-not-contact signals, and decide whether and how to contact or apply. Leadiy does not provide legal, employment, investment, or tax advice.
Availability and suspension
No service-level agreement or uninterrupted availability is promised. Maintenance, provider failures, security events, source changes, or force majeure may interrupt access.
Leadiy may restrict or terminate access without refund when these Terms are violated, the service or another person is at risk, payment is reversed or fraudulent, or law requires action. Where practical, Leadiy will explain the reason.
Liability limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadiy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made using opportunity data.
Leadiy’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the 30-day access period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Law, disputes, and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes fall within the competent courts of Ukraine after the parties first try to resolve the matter in good faith through oleh.halahan@zanzarra.com.
Leadiy may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the revised Terms. If a material change requires a new choice under applicable law, Leadiy will request it.
