No partial or prorated refund

Because the plan does not renew automatically, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Access simply ends at the close of the paid period unless you buy another period.

General refund rule

Payments are generally non-refundable once the 30-day access period is activated. The two-hour trial is provided so you can inspect the product before purchase.

No refund is provided solely because the number of results is lower than expected, no current record matches the selected stack, contacts do not respond, or the user decides not to continue.

Cases reviewed for a refund

Leadiy will review refund requests involving:

  • a duplicate charge for the same intended access period;
  • a verified technical payment or activation error;
  • material service unavailability that prevented use of the paid access;
  • an accidental purchase reported promptly and before meaningful use.

Approval depends on the payment record, timing, service logs, and applicable mandatory law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when the provider supports it.

How to request a review

  1. Email oleh.halahan@zanzarra.com from the address used for Leadiy.
  2. Include the WayForPay order reference, payment date, reason, and enough detail to identify the charge. Never send a full card number.
  3. Leadiy targets an initial response within two business days. Bank or payment-provider processing after approval may take additional time.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you. Where a mandatory cooling-off, defective-service, or payment right applies, that rule prevails over a conflicting part of this policy.
