What this hub measures
This hub tracks delayed public opportunities normalized to OpenTelemetry. It is not a copy of one marketplace search and it is not a claim about the entire software economy. Leadiy brings source records into one controlled technology catalog, waits between 24 and 48 hours, applies a content-quality gate, and only then exposes an indexable evidence page. The hub’s job is to make a recurring technical theme inspectable: which roles or outcomes mention it, which commercial formats appear, whether budget wording is available, when each signal was first observed, and where the original response actually goes.
Catalog definition
OpenTelemetry sits in the catalog area for production reliability and observability. Its controlled matching expression is “OpenTelemetry.” For this individual technology, common spelling aliases are resolved to the stable OpenTelemetry identifier before the page is assigned. This method keeps source vocabulary from fragmenting the index while preserving uncertainty. A tag means the technology is explicitly detectable in public-safe opportunity fields. It does not prove seniority, version, architecture, mandatory scope or equal importance among every tool named in a stack.
Demand context
The current 30-day Hiring Pulse does not expose a separate publishable bucket for this exact normalized stack. That absence is not a zero-demand claim: multi-label classification and the privacy threshold can keep a narrow bucket out of the public table. The aggregate comparison is attached to the latest verified 30-day edition and uses overlapping technology counts. It is therefore possible for one opportunity to appear under several hubs. That is a feature of real stack demand, not double counting inside an exclusive market-share chart. Sparse categories can be suppressed, and a missing exact count should not be rewritten as zero. The hub uses Hiring Pulse to provide dated context beyond a list of links, while the methodology page explains the observation window, minimum bucket size, freshness and other limitations.
Commercial mix
At this moment the delayed OpenTelemetry register contains 0 published records. Its visible work-format mix is no delayed public records yet. 0 records carry a non-empty published budget string. Those values are not summed because fixed prices, hourly rates, salaries and ranges do not share a safe scale. Each record keeps its own budget wording and commercial classifier so a visitor can distinguish project delivery, contract capacity, formal procurement and hiring before opening the source.
Current register
The current record titles are The register is waiting for its first record to clear the 24–48 hour delay and the public quality gate. Titles are evidence about the requested role or outcome, but they are not full requirements. Leadiy does not reproduce the source description, private notes, buyer contacts, prepared outreach or the raw imported row. Each record page instead supplies more than 500 words of generated analysis grounded in the normalized fields, checks measured difference from already published pages, and discloses the third-party hostname before the response action. A page that misses the word or uniqueness threshold stays in an administrator-visible hold rather than entering this hub.
Related topics
Related topics in the same catalog area include Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana, Monitoring and alerting, Production hardening, Performance, reliability and troubleshooting. They provide navigation, not keyword substitution. A OpenTelemetry record may legitimately belong to several technology hubs when its source-safe fields name several technologies, and a validated combination may sit beside its components. This makes co-occurrence visible without creating dozens of invented micro-pages from arbitrary phrases. The canonical catalog remains the authority for onboarding choices, private matching and public hub routing, so the product does not maintain three competing lists of what a technology means.
The public time fence
Every record in this hub carries two clocks. “First observed” means when Leadiy saw the opportunity, with import time as a fallback; it does not reconstruct the source’s original publication timestamp. “Public since” follows a deterministic delay between 24 and 48 hours, fixed from the record identifier so restarts cannot shorten it. The source can close or change after observation, which is why the response button opens the original destination and why the third-party page remains authoritative. Public indexing supports later discovery; subscribers use the earlier matched feed when lead time matters.
Earlier access
The product boundary can be stated without a feature maze: the same opportunities, one day earlier. The paid workspace adds earlier matching and private operating tools; this hub remains a useful delayed market record without login. Paying does not change buyer eligibility, source terms or the chance of winning work. It changes when the signal enters a user’s workflow. For research, cite the dated Hiring Pulse and methodology. For action, inspect the record, verify the response hostname, and continue only through the source route shown on that page.
